...and it's already gone to hell.

I am presently visiting my family in Santa Barbara (they wanted me back for 4th of July) and I am deeply reminiscent of why I left in the first place.

But those facts hardly concern you guys. There is one pending little issue that has me pissed. Here's the present situation at hand:


About a week ago, my sister (the demon one) asked if she could come, and my parents (of course doting constantly on the eldest) prepared to have our dog boarded and welcomed her to our bandwagon.

...

The condition was, she had to ask her boss to leave early so we could leave at a reasonable time.

She... didn't.

Of course, my parents, who had everything all set up and ready to go--asked why she didn't.

She said she was worried about her job and her boss getting ... ahem- "more" angry at her just as he had been the week after she was hired (but why an angry superior would be in such a state after giving her a three dollar pay raise about two weeks ago is a profound mystery indeed) and that she couldn't do it.

So... the outcome?

I have to wait- till after 5:00 PM (probably way after, because she tends to work late because she fears her colleagues will be irritated with her) for my sister to get home, then I have a seven hour drive from Santa Barbara county to San Francisco (provided that it is non-stop, which is, quite frankly, impossible)and I have to be "at" SFSU at 8:15AM tomorrow for check in, while my sister basically does nothing but wait for us auntil we get back 4:00PM, at the hotel ('cause I don't care what my parents say--she will never be able to have apartment privileges... EVER!!!!!).

I won't even bother to say my personal sentiments towards my sister, but... god damn-it, I am unconditionally bitter and severely pissed at the little fuck-tard.
